Jigsaw Live Events Limited was established in 1999 by Howard Barclay, an events producer with over 15 years experience producing some of the UK’s largest and most high profile conferences, exhibitions, awards ceremonies, gala dinners, hospitality and live events.

We are an Event Production company that prides itself on providing Creative solutions for its clients, offering that something a little bit different to make your live event that much more special and interesting to the end audience. We understand that budgets matter too and we offer a down to earth and honest approach offering our clients the best solution in producing an event for the maximum impact, on time and on the right budget.

We don’t have large overheads that we have to pass on to the client and therefore offer a very competitive service to the larger agencies. We work with all the big boys in the Industry and can compete at any level.

We provide you a complete service from establishing the event objectives, choosing a suitable venue, formulating the Creative Concepts and communication methods, the production management, the delegate management, the venue liaison, the careful supervision of the exhibition stands or stage set construction, the graphics panels, the lighting rig, the sound system, the music selection, the AV support including the on screen computer graphics and video production, the scripting, the story boarding, the directional and venue signage and the on site catering order.
